Welcome Internationals

Welcome event for internationals and newcomers in Kolding On Thursday, September 10th.

Kolding Municipality invites international citizens and newcomers to discover the city’s vibrant cultural and volunteer opportunities, learn about Danish language courses and gain insights into the Danish labour market and workplace culture. 

The event will take place at Kolding Library, Slotssøvejen 4, 6000 Kolding from 3:30 PM to 7 PM. The presentations will be held in English. You are welcome to bring your children to the event. 

Coffee, tea and cake will be served during the break, and registration is required for catering purposes. Sign up here.

3:30 – 4:00 PM: 
Network and visit the fair 

4:00 – 4:10 PM: 
Official welcome by the Mayor, Jacob Ville 

4.10 – 5:15 PM: 
Presentation of leisure and cultural activities and offers for internationals and newcomers in Kolding 

5:15 – 5:45 PM: 
Coffee/cake and opportunity to network and visit the fair 

5:45 – 6:45 PM: 
Keynote by Kay Xander Mellish on Danish Workplace Culture
